Veterans Well-Being Initiatives

In Partnership with Bellacatio

We are honored to serve as the integrative well-being platform for Bellacatio, supporting veterans with accessible, science-backed practices that meet them in everyday life.

This partnership is rooted in a shared intention:
to provide veterans with nervous-system-informed, integrative well-being initiatives that support regulation, resilience, and sustainable presence.

Our work with veterans is about offering practical tools, steady support, and meaningful integration that veterans can return to in real moments, on their own terms.

What We Currently Offer Veterans

Weekly Nervous System Support

12 @ 12 Breathwork (Tuesdays at 12 PM)
A 12-minute guided breathwork session designed to create space, reconnect with the nervous system, and support regulation — offered consistently and accessibly each week.

This brief, reliable touchpoint helps veterans:

  • Interrupt stress patterns

  • Reconnect with the body safely

  • Build nervous system awareness over time

What We Are Building: A 3-Month Well-Being Integration Pathway

In collaboration with Bellacatio, we are developing a three-month integrative well-being container designed to support veterans beyond access alone — creating a pathway for understanding, participation, and integration.

This container is designed as a well-being initiative on-ramp, meeting veterans where they are and supporting them in bringing these practices into real life.

  • Month One: Getting to Know the Individual

    A foundational month focused on:

    Building trust and relationship

Exploring what well-being means for each veteran

Introducing nervous system education and awareness

Identifying current stressors, needs, and supports

This phase creates safety, context, and personalization.

  • Month Two: Experiencing the Work Together

The second month centers around moving through The Motion of Gratitude Experience as a shared journey.

    This phase emphasizes:

    Guided participation and accountability

Nervous system regulation through breath and reflection

    Shared language and experience

Support in staying engaged without overwhelm

  • Month Three: Integration & Life Application

The final month is dedicated to:

    Debriefing the experience

Making sense of what was learned and felt

Identifying what practices are most supportive

Creating a personalized plan to integrate well-being tools into daily life

This phase ensures the work doesn’t end when the program ends.

Our Approach

Our work with veterans is:

  • Science-backed and research-informed

  • Nervous-system-aware and trauma-considerate

  • Integrative, drawing from breathwork, reflection, and presence-based practices

  • Practical, designed to support real life — not create more to do

We believe well-being is not a single intervention, but an ongoing relationship supported by consistent tools, language, and space.
