Co-Founder of The Motion of Gratitude, Matthew Missimer, Named to Global Advisory Board for World’s First Leadership Burnout Insights Report
West Whiteland, Pennsylvania — January 22, 2026 — The Motion of Gratitude proudly announces that Matthew Missimer, Co-Founder and CEO, has been named a member of the inaugural Global Advisory Board for the Rise 1 Million Global Insights Report 2026 — the first multi-country research initiative dedicated to understanding leadership burnout.
Rise 1 Million, the global research arm of Dawnspring Consulting led by Dr. Tina Elinwa, has convened a distinguished group of thought leaders and experts to guide the development of this landmark global dataset on leadership burnout, human energy sustainability, and the systemic cost of high-performance erosion. The study will span 20–40 countries and include insights from thousands of senior leaders across industries.
As a member of the advisory board, Matthew joins senior leaders in corporate health, organizational strategy, human performance, and cultural transformation who will provide strategic guidance and global perspective throughout the research process.
“I’m honored to join this global effort,” said Matthew Missimer. “Leadership burnout is one of the most urgent human challenges of our time — and building a rich, global understanding of it will be critical for organizations and leaders who want to not just perform, but thrive sustainably.”
This work aligns deeply with The Motion of Gratitude’s mission to support individuals and systems in moving beyond autopilot living, deepening presence, and cultivating resilience at both personal and organizational levels.
The inaugural Rise 1 Million Global Insights Report will launch in late 2026, accompanied by a global conference and executive briefing series. The findings will establish a new standard for how leadership sustainability and human energy are understood worldwide and will invite leaders across sectors to participate in shaping the future of work, well-being, and performance.
