We help families, organizations, and communities reshape the way they connectby creating cultures rooted in gratitude, presence, and intention.

The Motion of Gratitude® is a family-led holistic well-being organization dedicated to helping individuals and communities reconnect with themselves and one another through intentional practices rooted in presence, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being.

The Disconnection We Are Facing.

Today’s culture is fast, reactive, and overwhelming.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Many families feel like they’re missing each other.
Many teams feel burnt out and under-supported.
And many classrooms are focused on behavior instead of well-being.

The truth?
We’re not broken. We’re just operating in environments that weren’t built to support connection.

We’re here to change that—one intentional practice at a time.

Backed by Science.

Rooted in Real-Life Practice.

At The Motion of Gratitude®, we don’t just teach these practices—we help you build a culture around them.

A culture where gratitude isn’t a one-time activity—it’s the foundation.
Where presence isn’t a buzzword—it’s a daily way of being.
And where breathwork isn’t just a tool—it’s how we return to ourselves and one another.

Gratitude Rewires the Brain—and the Culture Around You

Science shows that gratitude strengthens the brain’s capacity for emotional regulation, focus, and resilience. It helps you shift out of survival mode, anchor into the present, and move through life with greater ease. When practiced consistently, gratitude doesn’t just change your mindset—it begins to reshape the environment around you.

Presence Creates Safety and Connection

When we are present, we listen more deeply, respond with intention, and build trust in our homes, classrooms, and teams. Presence reduces stress and burnout not just for ourselves, but for everyone we lead, live with, and love. It’s the heartbeat of a healthy culture.

Breathwork Regulates the Nervous System—and the Energy of the Space

The breath is a direct line to the nervous system. Intentional breathwork helps us release stress, access calm, and show up with more clarity and capacity. It’s how we move from reaction to response—and how we create spaces that feel safer, softer, and more human.

At The Motion of Gratitude®, we help families, educators, and organizations experience these tools in ways that integrate into daily life—so that gratitude becomes more than a moment.
It becomes your culture.

Real Change. Real Impact.

Program Teacher Feedback

I am enjoying the Motion of Gratitude and I am finding it to be so beneficial.  This is a really great program for mental, social, and physical well-being!  I never realized the science behind intentional gratitude and how it produces such a positive shift in our thinking.  The other thing that is so neat, is the concept of breathing! Prior to this program, breathing was an autonomic/involuntary process that we do to live, but not  actually as a tool that can do so much for us when it is intentional and voluntary.  I think this practice, if maintained, can be a huge contribution to longevity, as much as exercise, sleep, getting preventative medical care, and eating all the right foods!
